Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over AUD 150.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

Lost Parcels

We provide tracking for all orders. However, RY & RU does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint with Australia Post.
